  • Represented the Province of British Columbia in several high-profile Aboriginal rights and title trials and appeals.
  • Advised financial institutions on the security of financing for on-reserve projects.
  • Represented First Nations in connection with financing and installation of resource and manufacturing concerns on First Nations' lands.
  • Advised First Nations and individuals on a range of labour relation matters and employment law issues including termination of employment, group termination, unjust dismissal, employee dismissal, employee discipline, human rights, employment equity, workers compensation, occupational health, safety and employment standards, federal and provincial human rights issues as well as band election procedures, certification and negotiations.
  • Represented and provided advice to the Kativik School Board in Nunavik with respect to various construction and litigation issues.
