National Diversity Committee
The firm has established the National Diversity Committee with a mandate to ensure that BLG takes an active approach to diversity issues. The Committee makes recommendations on initiatives, practices and procedures to ensure diversity issues are understood, appreciated, considered and addressed, and assesses these initiatives, practices and procedures on a regular basis. The Committee works closely with firm management, including human resources and recruitment, continuing education and other committees (such as the Women's Leadership Development Committee and the Professional Committee) to ensure we achieve our mission in an effective and coordinated manner.
