Background

Deborah Amodeo has been a law clerk in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since 2004 and is a member of the Health Law Group.

Her practice primarily focuses on defending hospitals, CCAC's and other health professionals in medical malpractice actions.

Deborah assists with supporting the practices of two senior partners. Her duties include attending witness interviews, preparation of pleadings, affidavits, motion materials, pre‑trial memoranda etc., communications with experts, discovery attendance and trial preparation.
