Background

Cristina Arantes has been a law clerk in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since 2005 and is a member of the Financial Services Group.

Her practice focuses on secured lending, structured finance and bankruptcy and insolvency.

Cristina has extensive expertise and assists in all phases of secured lending, structured finance, corporate restructurings, receiverships, bankruptcies and secured creditor enforcement transactions. Throughout her career she has acted as a mentor to new clerks.
