Background

Beth Atienza has been a law clerk in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since 1984. She is a Corporate Search Clerk in the Corporate Services Department and her practice focuses on corporate and security searches and filings.

Beth assists with:

• preparing and filing financing statements under the Personal Property Security Act;
• arranging and obtaining Certificates and other corporate documents from various jurisdictions; and
• reviewing of search results and preparing summarized reports.
