Bill Carter is a partner at the Toronto office where he is a Senior Partner in the Health Law Group. Bill graduated from the University of Toronto Law School in 1975 after graduating from Queen's University (Honours) Politics in 1971. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1977.
