Background

Mélanie Champagne is an associate at our Montreal office. Mélanie was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2000. She graduated from McGill University in 1999 and holds a degree in Civil Law and Common Law. She has been working since in Health Law and represented health care establishments with respect to medical liability. She has also worked as legal adviser in an health care establishment.

• She regularly pleads before the Quebec Courts.
• She specializes in the following fields:
  • Medical and health care establishment liability;
  • Legal psychiatry issues;
  • Consent to care;
