Victoria Cowling is a partner in our Toronto office. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1996. She graduated from the University of Toronto Law School in 1994. Victoria's practice is restricted to Business Immigration. She deals with large multinational and Canadian companies, meeting their employment-related immigration needs.
