Background

Frank Foran was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1973. He graduated from the University of Alberta Law School in 1972. Frank received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary in 1969. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1988.

Areas of Practice

Litigation, Arbitration and Administrative Law: Practice emphasizes corporate, commercial and energy litigation and arbitration (including oil and gas, electricity, banking, general commercial, construction, and insurance) and also energy regulatory matters. Frank has appeared before all levels of Courts including the Supreme Court of Canada and before regulatory (primarily energy) tribunals.
