Melany Franklin is a partner in our Toronto office. Melany was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1991. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (BA Honours) and the University of Western Ontario (LLB).

• Uses the mediation process effectively and has received mediation training at Harvard University's Program of Instruction for Lawyers
• Adjunct Professor, Employment and Labour Law, Woodsworth College, University of Toronto (1992-2000)
• Labour and employment counsel on secondment to General Motors of Canada Limited, including responsibility for health and safety
