Paul Marchand is a partner in our Montréal office. Paul was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1967 and is a graduate of McGill University Law School. He also obtained a Masters in Law from McGill in 1985 and graduated from Princeton University in 1963.

Professional Experience

• Specializes in the field of estates and trusts, as well as estate and personal financial and tax planning.
• Much of his work involves the use of investment holding companies in a Canadian and international context as well as domestic and foreign trusts. Is also frequently involved in the resolution of disputes involving estates.
