Background

Bruce Reynolds is the Chair of the International Construction Projects Group and a partner in the Construction Group of our Toronto office. Bruce was called to the Ontario Bar in 1983, after articling with Borden & Elliot. He graduated from the University of Toronto Law School with an LLB, and has his Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University within the University of Toronto.

Areas of Practice

Specializing in the litigation, arbitration and mediation of construction claims, construction liens, surety bond claims, construction insurance claims, product liability, and architects' and engineers' E & O, as well as in the drafting and negotiating of contracts for major industrial and infrastructure projects, including public private partnerships as well as construction, engineering, architectural equipment supply, and technology licensing contracts.
