Background
Cristina Birks is an associate at our Montreal office. Cristina was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2008 and holds degrees in Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University (2007). She also holds a certificate in Peruvian law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Lima (2003). She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Cristina holds a joint degree in English and Spanish literature (with distinction) from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Prior to beginning her career at BLG, Cristina completed an internship at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica.

- Cristina is a member of our Commercial Litigation Group as well as the Intellectual Property Group. She also has experience in Aboriginal law.
