Background

Terence Lui is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP's (“BLG”) Toronto office. Terence was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2004. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto in 2003 and was awarded the Gowlings Prize in Bankruptcy and Insolvency. As part of his legal studies, he completed an exchange program in international law at the University of Hong Kong.

Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Commerce with High Distinction from the University of Toronto. Terence has also successfully completed all three of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examinations. He is a member of the BLG's Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, and Securities and Capital Markets practice groups. Terence also speaks Cantonese.
