Background
Claudine Millette is a partner at our Montréal office. Ms. Millette was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1998. She is a graduate of the McGill University Law School, in both Civil and Common Law, where she distinguished herself and was awarded the Rosa B. Gualtieri Prize, the Daniel Mettarlin Memorial Scholarship and the James McGill Award.

- Ms. Millette practices in our Financial Services Group. Her areas of practice include corporate financing, insolvency, corporate restructuring and banking law in general.
Professional Experience
- Ms. Millette represents mainly financial institutions and other lenders in financing transactions. Her expertise includes the establishment of security on movable and immovable property as well as the preparation and negotiation of lending agreements. She also specializes in insolvency and restructuring transactions, where she represents financial institutions faced with distressed loans.
