Our Aviation Litigation and Insurance Group

Our Aviation Group comprises lawyers from five Canadian offices, who have experience and expertise in aviation litigation, licensing and regulatory matters, transactions and financing.

On the litigation side, our clients include aviation insurance underwriters in Canada, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and the United States in matters involving airlines, general aviation, products, airports and ground handlers.

Our Aviation Group provides a seamless service across Canada in all provinces and territorial jurisdictions. Lawyers from all offices are assigned to cases on consultation with the clients, taking into account venue, the nature of the case and the required level of experience and expertise. Some lawyers are members of more than one provincial bar, and a call to any provincial bar for a specific case is arranged when warranted. Local counsel may also be appointed to act under the direction of Group lawyers.
