Our Japan Group is a multi-disciplinary team experienced in virtually all aspects of doing business in Canada of interest to Japanese clients. The Group's ability to provide comprehensive advice in all types of Canada-based business transactions is an important element of service to a wide variety of Japanese businesses, individuals and governmental clients.
The Group also assists Canadian companies with their Japanese trade and business relations and can make the difference in facilitating a transaction. Our approach is to tailor the level of experience and judgment required for each client and project, and to call upon all areas of legal expertise to achieve high quality results in cost-effective manner.
The Group is comprised of lawyers and intellectual property specialists located in each of our offices across Canada and includes lawyers fluent in Japanese and others with experience working in Japanese law firms.
