Our Services

Our Montréal Office offers our clients the services of its Translation Department. The professionals working in the Translation Department are lawyers or accredited translators who know all aspects of the legal field.

The Translation Department, being mainly a branch of the Securities and Capital Markets Group, is well versed in the translation of documents such as Prospectuses, Annual Information Forms, Proxy Circulars, Take-Over Bids and Annual Reports.

Our translators are also experienced in the translation of contracts, advertising, administrative and marketing documents and can meet very tight deadlines.
