Andrew Anderson is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets Group at the Firm's Toronto office.

Prior to joining Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in 2011, Andrew spent a year working at a private equity firm performing due diligence on corporate finance transactions. He also worked at a major bank in the business banking group where he was a commercial lending advisor.

Andrew is fluent in French and English.

  • Advising Canadian investment fund managers, dealers and investment advisors on legal issues relating to the establishment and administration of investment funds and other securities
  • Advising international investment fund managers and advisors on offering and advising investment funds in Canada
  • Preparing offering documents relating to exempt distribution of pooled funds and hedge funds
  • Assisting public and private companies in connection with various corporate finance transactions
