T. Kirk Boyd  

Kirk Boyd practises insurance litigation at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, where he is a partner in the Ottawa office. He is the Ottawa Regional Leader of the Insurance and Tort Liability Group. Kirk acts for several insurers defending bodily injury and property damage claims. As well, Kirk provides coverage opinions and advice concerning directors’ and officers’ liability insurance. He represents insurance brokers, stockbrokers, mortgage brokers, engineers, healthcare professionals and public servants in the professional liability context.
