Adèle D'Silva  

Adèle D'Silva is an associate at our Montréal office. Her practice focuses on investment management, notably in the areas of legal and regulatory compliance. She is also involved in securities and investment industry disciplinary proceedings and other litigation involving registered members. As of mid-2012, Adèle has been on secondment with the National Bank of Canada's wealth management team. Adèle is fluently bilingual in both English and French.

• Advising clients regarding a range of securities-related matters such as prospectus requirements and disclosure obligations.
• Advising participants in the investment fund industry regarding various legal and regulatory issues, including the creation and management of investment funds.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, particularly in the context of the investment management industry.
• Drafting and presenting proceedings before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Federal Court and disciplinary bodies in the investment management industry.
