Maria Gergin

Maria completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa. Prior to law school, Maria obtained a Master of Arts (English) at Carleton University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts (English and Political Science) at the University of Toronto. She was an assistant editor with the Ottawa Law Review and Director of Communications for the University of Ottawa Employment and Labour Law Student Society. She enjoys reading (everything from political blogs to postmodern short stories), writing, photography, painting, cycling and travelling. If she had not gone to law school, she would have become a New York Times investigative journalist.
