Liv Ramos Desaulniers

In 2005, her genuine interest for legal research, as well as her desire to study in an international academic environment, motivated her to come to Canada and pursue an LL.M. from McGill University, which she completed in December 2006. Liv is presently completing her bachelors of civil law and common law at the same university. While in Bazil, Liv worked as a legal trainee in internationally recognized Brazilian law firms. She has already graduated in law in Brazil and is a member of the Brazilian Bar. Liv speaks English, French and Portuguese and is conversational in Spanish. Passionate about discovering new cultures, she loves travelling and has already travelled to many different countries, including Australia, Indonesia, Guatemala and Costa-Rica. If she had not gone to law school, she would have liked to be a psychologist or to run a hotel for pets.
