Marie-Clode LaRocque

Marie-Clode obtained her Common and Civil Law degrees from the University of Ottawa in 2008 and 2009, respectively. In 2007, she spent one year at the University of Bergen in Norway on an academic exchange. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant for numerous law professors at the University of Ottawa, and also at the Department of Justice Canada.  Recently, she has been on secondment for more than a year at the legal services of JTI-Macdonald Corp.  Prior to her law degrees, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts at McGill University in Political Science and Canadian Studies. Had she not gone to law school, Marie-Clode would have toured the world as a professional violinist.
