Marie Garel

Recently graduated from the McGill Law Faculty, Marie has just completed the Québec Bar in 2010. Marie also obtained a degree in Finance from HEC Montreal and had the chance to go on exchange and study in Spain for six months at ESADE University of Barcelona. She is particularly interested in employment and labour law but wants to explore many other areas of practice. During her studies, she founded her own cleaning service company and also frequently contributed to the Mile End Legal Clinic. Apart from school and work, Marie enjoys travelling, skiing and eating (chocolate). She has been playing the cello for the past 18 years. Had she not pursued a career in law, Marie would have become «chef pâtissière».
