BLG Development Profiles

In order to foster continued development of BLG associates, each professional group uses BLG Development Profiles, which are customized for the group's particular area of practice. The format of the BLG Development Profiles mirrors our continuing education strategy: substantive knowledge, practice management and client relationship management.

The objective is to provide each associate with a detailed plan for development of skills and work experiences expected at various stages of their professional career - from first year through to admission to partnership. In order to identify development opportunities throughout an associate’s career, mentors meet regularly with associates to review progress and work experience against the skills and requirements articulated within the BLG Development Profiles.
