All associates in third year participate in a comprehensive two and a half day national program enhancing practice skills. Associates meet with peers from across the country and are divided into two broad practice streams: litigation and transactional. Program content and teaching methods feature interactive training based on fact scenarios, role-playing and hands-on practice opportunities. The program also promotes national team-building amongst the associates.
