Jeffrey Graham is a partner practising in the Toronto office, where he provides regulatory and transactional advice to Canadian and international commercial and financial services entities. Jeff holds B.Comm. and B.C.L./LL.B. degrees from McGill University and graduate degrees in international legal studies from Cambridge and Columbia universities.
