Background
Kathleen Marsman is a patent agent in the Ottawa office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Kathleen graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Honours Biochemistry and went on to obtain a Master of Science and Doctorate from the University of Alberta in Nutrition and Metabolism. Kathleen completed the Canadian Bioinformatics Workshop in 2000. She became a registered Canadian patent agent in 1999, and a registered U.S. patent agent in 2001. Kathleen has laboratory experience with techniques in the fields of biochemistry, cell culture, histology, molecular biology, radiochemistry and immunology.
