Background
Jamie Mills is a partner in the Ottawa office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Jamie is a lawyer and registered patent agent. He obtained a B.Sc. from Queen's University in 1990, an LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 1993, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1995.
Areas of Practice
- Jamie practises in all areas of intellectual property law including prosecution and litigation of patents, trade marks and copyrights, with a primary focus on the pharmaceutical patent litigation. Jamie also has significant experience in Internet pharmacy issues, pharmaceutical regulatory law and government relations for innovative pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.
