Background
Ken Hanbidge is a partner practicing in our Waterloo Region office. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of Western Ontario and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1978. Prior to joining BLG, Ken practiced law in the Waterloo Region and was a senior partner of Shortt Hanbidge Richardson & Welch commencing in 1982.

- corporate commercial law specializing in mergers and acquisitions for small and medium-sized businesses;
- business incorporations and re-organizations;
