Kendra Naidoo practises with the Health Law Group at the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Kendra acts as counsel to healthcare institutions and their employees, including hospitals, clinics and community care access centres, in defending medical malpractice and personal injury claims. In addition to traditional medical malpractice actions, Kendra has acted in claims relating to the privacy of personal health information, occupier's liability, medical staff privileges and product liability.
Kendra was both a summer student and articling student at BLG prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2011. During law school, she received the Lawson Lundell Prize in Administrative Law; the Bull, Houser, and Tupper Prize in Administrative Law; and the American College of Trial Lawyers Dickson Medal for Exceptional Oral Advocacy. Kendra speaks both English and French.

- Advises healthcare institutions on compliance with healthcare legislation and proposed institutional policies.
- Represents healthcare providers before the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario in the course of responding to complaints made against them under the Regulated Health Professionals Act.
- Represents hospitals and other healthcare providers before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Consent and Capacity Board and the Ontario Review Board
- Represents community health service providers in responding to complaints before the Health Services Appeal and Review Board.
