Vincent is Senior Litigation Counsel in our Vancouver office. Vincent manages major litigation files for international and national corporations and public bodies, and is recognized by the foremost legal rankings publications as a leading lawyer in the areas of insurance law, personal injury litigation, and product liability. Vincent focuses his practice on civil litigation, arbitration and mediation of civil disputes, acting for a broad range of insurers, corporations and individuals. He also has expertise in class actions, professional negligence, media law including defamation, aspects of Aboriginal law, commercial disputes, insurance coverage disputes, casualty claims, contract disputes, property claims, and life and disability claims.
Vincent has appeared as counsel at all levels of courts and tribunals in British Columbia, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada and Federal Court, Trial Division and Federal Court of Appeal.
In addition to maintaining his practice, Vincent serves as a Bencher (Director) of the Law Society of British Columbia, which is the regulatory body for BC's legal profession. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2004. Vincent is also a Chartered Arbitrator and a Mediator.
