Depending on your background, you can expect to advise clients on:
- Purchase and sale of investment properties, across all asset classes, and for a wide variety of regional, national and international investors
- Development approvals and complex subdivisions, on a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects
- Leasing, for sophisticated landlords and tenants, in the retail, office and industrial sectors
- Construction and take-out financings for institutional and private lenders, and for investment funds
- Regulatory and real property tax matters

With respect to client meetings, only fully vaccinated members of the Firm can meet in person with clients (others can attend virtually), unless prior authorization has been obtained from BLG and the client. For any BLG member who is not fully vaccinated, and if the Firm requires your attendance in the office to perform your role, you must take a rapid antigen test conducted within the 24 hours prior to your coming to the office, and you must show proof of a negative test result.
