We are looking for:

• An 4 – 6+ year corporate commercial associate with demonstrated experience in the area of procurement, outsourcing and technology
• The ideal applicant will possess a deep understanding of federal and provincial procurement laws and legal practice and be able to provide clients advice on applicable common law, trade agreements and statutes
• The candidate will be a team player with excellent analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills
