Depending on your background, you can expect to advise clients on:
- All aspects of restructuring and insolvency proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, both within Canada and on a cross-border basis
- Receiverships and bankruptcies
- Corporate reorganizations
- Fraudulent conveyance and preference actions
- Foreclosures and realizations
- Banking, financial services and debt enforcement
