We are looking for:
- A mid-level to Senior Associate with experience in the area of corporate tax (both domestic and international), including mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
- Experience and interest in structuring private company reorganizations, providing tax advice and structuring for non-resident corporations, and international tax planning an asset.
- This position offers the opportunity for a full practice with a focus on tax due diligence on acquisition transactions, tax structuring advice, and cross-border corporate transactions.
- The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills.
