Kate’s practice focuses on labour and employment law, human rights and education law.
Kate has appeared as employer and/or defence counsel before the Ontario Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
She joined BLG after summering and articling with the firm.
