Geneviève is fluent in English and French and represents clients in both official languages.
Geneviève has experience in a broad range of practice areas including:
- Advising clients in the public and private sectors on a wide variety of privacy matters, including access to information and privacy legislation and responses to privacy breaches;
- Acting for institutional clients in a variety of corporate and commercial disputes including professional negligence defence claims;
- Advocating for public bodies and individuals in various public law matters;
- Representing financial institutions in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency and banking litigation.
