Kimberly’s practice focuses on civil litigation. She regularly assists clients with a variety of construction, labour and employment, and commercial litigation matters.

Kimberly advises clients on litigation matters that include workplace disputes, discrimination and accommodation, wrongful and constructive dismissals, breaches of contracts, and professional discipline. Kimberly also has experience drafting policies and termination letters.

Her clients include large corporations and public institutions, as well as small business.

Kimberly joined BLG as an associate after summering and articling with the firm.

During law school, Kimberly promoted diversity and inclusivity while serving as co-chair of the Student Articling Committee, Vice President, Academic of the Law Students Association, and as a member of the Law Faculty Recruitment and Advisory Selection Committees. Kimberly and her team represented the University of Alberta at the Wilson Moot 2018, winning First Place Overall.
