Naveen Hassan

Senior Associate


Naveen focuses her practice in a range of health care matters. She represents hospitals and their employees in complex medical malpractice actions, as well as class action defence. Her practice includes advising hospitals and children’s mental health centres on day-to-day risk management and policy issues, and health related legislation.

Naveen appears regularly before administrative tribunals, representing hospitals and other health-care institutions.

She specializes in mental health law, with a focus on children’s mental health.

Prior to becoming an associate, Naveen articled with the firm.
