Wesley provides procedural and strategic advice to businesses on procedural, strategic and transactional matters.

He advances and defends claims in areas including commercial leases, shareholder disputes and wrongful dismissals.

Wesley has attended all three levels of court in British Columbia, and assists in preparing submissions for labour and commercial arbitrations and the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal. 

Prior to starting his legal career, Wesley worked in a management role at a small catering company, and in frontline and fundraising roles in the non-profit sector.


  • An appeal of a damages award arising from personal injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident, on a pro bono basis, resulting in the client receiving additional monies erroneously not provided in the trial decision.
  • Covenant House Vancouver in an action involving the termination of an employee resulting in a dismissal of the employee’s request for judicial review of a decision in favour of the client.
  • An action alleging shareholder oppression, which at the time of writing is still active before the British Columbia Supreme Court.
  • Centura Building Systems Ltd. in an action involving alleged delays and defaults on a residential tower construction project with a contract price of more than $1.3 million.
