Nicole is an associate in BLG’s Disputes Group. Her practice focuses on tort litigation and crisis management for large institutional clients such as school boards, municipalities, police agencies and hospitals.

 She advises clients on a wide range of education and labour and employment matters, including:

  • sexual violence investigations,
  • incident response and defence,
  • mediation and arbitration,
  • human resources, and
  • labour relation matters.

She also defends municipalities and public sector organizations against negligence actions involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, sidewalks and private property.

Nicole joined BLG as an associate after she summered and articled at the firm.
