Ivy Cheng is a paralegal in the Insurance and Tort Liability Group at our Vancouver office. Her responsibilities include drafting pleadings, fact gathering, document production, and drafting file overviews for both lawyers and clients. She is proficient in preparing for discoveries, mediations, and trials.
Prior to joining BLG, Ivy was a paralegal where her practice focussed on plaintiff insurance litigation in the area of personal injury (ICBC, medical negligence, and disability claims). Her responsibilities included legal research, assessing quantum, drafting proposals, and trial preparation. Ivy's scope of knowledge includes ICBC Part 7 Benefits, Health Care Costs Recovery, and B.C. Supreme Court Civil Rules.
