Mannu Chowdhury


Mannu’s practice comprises a broad range of commercial, civil and public law disputes. In particular, he focuses on constitutional and administrative law issues and is published in peer-reviewed journals on varied topics in these areas. Mannu has argued before the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Divisional Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Prior to joining BLG as an associate, Mannu summered and articled at the firm; worked for a New York-based legal consultancy on business and human rights issues; and served as a law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada.

A proud resident of East Toronto, Mannu is a board member of Scarborough Community Legal Services, a legal aid clinic that provides free legal assistance to vulnerable communities.
