Jay Dyck



Jay's practice focuses on corporate tax, estate planning tax and estate litigation, and white collar crime. Jay has a broad range of experience working on the following:

  • sale and take-over transactions
  • corporate reorganization
  • cross-border corporate transactions
  • charity, estate and related litigation matters
  • white-collar criminal investigations, compliance and defence

Jay summered and articled with BLG prior to joining the firm as an associate.
