Jonas leverages his business background when assisting clients on a wide range of public and private transactions. He also advises clients on a variety of continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate commercial requirements.
Jonas is a graduate of the Ivey Business School and obtained his law degree at the University of Western Ontario.
