Neda is building a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on insurance and tort liability, as well as health law. She conducts examinations for discovery, mediations, small claims proceedings and trial advocacy.
Neda graduated from Osgoode Hall, where she was actively involved in the community. She served as a Dean’s Fellow for Prof. Jennifer Nadler’s contract law class, volunteered with IP Osgoode’s Innovation Clinic and acted as a peer mentor to first- and second-year law students, in addition to serving as an executive member of the Osgoode Women’s Network.
Prior to law school, Neda obtained her B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry from Wilfrid Laurier University. Neda previously worked with the Global Strategy Lab (GSL), an interdisciplinary research group focusing on global health issues.
Neda worked at BLG as a summer and articling student before joining the firm as an associate.
