Jessica is a patent law clerk who has worked in the IP field since 1998. Jessica's focus is on Canadian patent and Industrial Design filings and prosecution.
She assists the firm’s patent agents and clients with various matters including preparing applications and supporting documents for filing with the Canadian Patent Office.
Jessica also has experience in the areas of Trademark and Domain Names and Industrial Design prosecution as well as Patent Maintenance Fees, and has worked with our foreign agents and law firms in other countries.
