Jasmine Kavadias Landry practices litigation and arbitration and is called upon to make representations in various proceedings before the Courts of Québec. Jasmine’s practice is focused on construction law and professional liability of engineers and architects.

She advises companies in the construction industry on issues pertaining to:

  • Hypothecary claims
  • Surety bonds
  • Public calls for tenders


  • Represents and advises property owners, promoters, subcontractors, materials suppliers, bonding companies, and insurers on matters involving all facets of the construction industry.
  • Acts for bonding companies in claims related to performance and labour material bonds.
  • Participated in preparing cases for litigation and pleads before all courts in the Province of Québec.
